Thank you for letting us know. If you send the following in order, we can find the cause quickly.

Create a diagnostic report
In KittyKit Settings > Diagnostics, perform the action that causes the problem once, then copy or save the report. What you type is not recorded, and you can check the contents in the preview.

Describe what happened
Tell us when it happened, what you did and what happened. Steps to reproduce it are the most helpful.

Send it by email
The button below opens an email with a form filled in. Paste the report and send it. The app never sends anything automatically.
Long content such as a diagnostic report is easier for us to handle by email.
Common problems
- If pressing the switch key does nothing, check the permission guidance in the status line of the KittyKit menu bar menu.
- If the cat doesn't move, check “Reduce Motion” under System Settings > Accessibility > Display and Low Power Mode.
- If you can't paste in the Settings window, update to the latest version.
- If you use it with a key-remapping app such as Karabiner or with a virtual machine, please mention it in your report.
